智能门锁、扫地机、洗地机这类年出货数十万到百万台的产品，线束降1毛钱就是数十万利润。但降本不能牺牲可靠性——返修一台的成本抵得上几十根线束。以下是我们在消费电子项目上反复验证的四条路径。
On products shipping hundreds of thousands of units a year, saving ¥0.1 per harness is serious money — but not at the cost of reliability. Four proven paths:
1. 物料归一化1. Consolidate materials
一个产品系列往往存在5、6种线规、十几种端子并存的情况。把全系列线材收敛到2-3种线规、连接器收敛到2-3个家族，采购量集中后单价可降10%-20%，还减少产线换料错误。
Consolidate to 2-3 wire gauges and connector families across a product line; volume concentration cuts unit price 10-20% and reduces changeover errors.
2. 工艺简化设计2. Design for simpler processes
DFM审查：能用压接不焊接、能用一体注塑不点胶、能取消的手工缠胶带改螺纹管或卡扣。每个手工工序都是成本与不良率的双重来源。门锁排线从手工缠绕改为预制套管，单根工时降40%是常见水平。
DFM review: crimp instead of solder, mold instead of glue, replace hand-taping with pre-formed sleeves. One door-lock retrofit cut labor 40% per piece.
3. 连接器选型的性价比平衡3. Connector value engineering
消费电子不必全用进口品牌：国产优质连接器（通过同等认证）在门锁、扫地机等场景已成熟，成本可降30%以上。关键动力回路保留高可靠性品牌，非关键信号回路做国产替代。
Qualified domestic connectors now match certification at 30% lower cost; keep premium brands on critical power loops, substitute elsewhere.
4. 测试自动化4. Automated testing
大批量产品的导通/极性测试用自动治具（一次插合全检），替代万用表逐点测。测试工时从每根2分钟降到15秒，且消除人为漏测。
One-dock automated continuity fixtures take test time from 2 minutes to 15 seconds per piece and eliminate human misses.
